Payments

Payments for lessons are via PayPal, is the faster, safer way to  make an online payment, via debit or credit card or bank transfer. 

All transactions are final. There are no refunds for classes.

Contact us if you would like to pay by bank transfer or Transferwise.

 

How can I pay a lesson package?

Purchasing your lesson can be done by PayPal. Please, send an email to us at info@spanishau.com, and shortly you will get an email with instructions to complete your purchase. 

PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay via debit or credit card. 

Do lesson packages expire?

Lesson packages on SpanishAU are valid for six (6) months.

How long will it take for my child to learn Spanish?

It depends on many factors. First, your child’s Spanish level, commitment to learning the language, and how long he/she is exposed to the language daily.

How do I track my child’s progress?

After each lesson, you will receive a form with feedback. And if you have concerns or want to know what your child is doing in the online classroom, don’t hesitate to contact us. Also, we will be in contact by email or telegram.

Can I can cancel a lesson?

Cancellation and change policy is 24 hours in advance by email.  If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, the lesson hour(s) booked will be deducted from your total paid hours.

How does work a lesson?

Our Spanish lessons are Live Class led online by an experienced Spanish tutor. You will need a computer, a good internet connection, a microphone, a speaker and a webcam. 

What about if tutor cancel a lesson?

You will be entitled to reschedule a future class without any deduction from your total paid hours.

Also, we will provide a make-up lesson if we cancel the lesson due to any unforeseen situations (power cut, internet connection, natural disasters, teacher illness, etc.).

What happens if I am late or don't show up for a class?

The lesson will be considered void if the student does not appear 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. That specific class is subsequently not reschedulable.

What metodology do you use?

Your kids will learn naturally and communicatively. Our Spanish lessons are adapted to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: learning, teaching, and assessment (CEFR). However, there are several kinds of methods and approaches to language teaching, and we always address students’ current needs. 

How does it work?

1. Schedule a Free Trial Lesson. It is necessary for the presence of at least a parent during a trial lesson.

 2. Attend the free trial lesson and see how we teach Spanish.

 3. Buy a lesson package. 

4. Schedule lessons with a private tutor.
